# 1 I´m searching for plotty, preferably long wincest-fics. Cookies for shy&awkward!Dean (trying to be all butch about it) and even more cookies if there´s a slow built-up, in-depth characterization and some great dialogues. I´m not that much into porn (yeah - I don´t know either what went wrong with me ...) but I don´t mind some if there´s an actual plot to back it up. No death and no mpregs, please.

# 2 This one is a little bit more specific. I´d love to read something where Dean/Jensen is reduced to being just pretty (probably by someone hitting on him very rudely or someone being very dismissive and treating him like a bimbo) and Sam/Jared being all pissed and protective or even sad about it. Wincest, gen or RPS is all fine by me.

Self-recs are love.

I feel schmoopy and search for some Wincest-fics and a certain J²-au. Cookies and love for every rec. =)

1.) I´d love to read something about this one special moment where one of the guys falls in love with the other or realizes that it already happend. Preferably something subtle or almost casual. You know, I keep imaging the guys bickering or investigating or simply driving, Dean being his usual dorky self and Sam watching him and suddenly ... he feels kinda warm and fuzzy all over and he doesn´t even get what happend. Or vice versa.

2.) After reading sweetestdrain s awesome fic Swear by all flowers , I feel like reading some more fics that start out almost gen-like and delay the actual wincest for as long as possible. I want something where the boys keep glancing and touching (just like they do in the show ^_~) and slowly it turns into something more. I want the butterflies, the slight awkwardness, the touchy-feely-ness, the angstyness - you know, all the good stuff you get in most of the J²-fics but which is kinda rare in wincest-fics (except the angsty-ness of course).

I guess you could combine 1& 2 so if you know a fic that  contains both, I´d be even more grateful. ^^

3.) A while ago I read the first chapter of a J²-au-fic basing upon the movie "Twister" (the one starring Helen Hunt and Bill Paxton as storm chasers researching tornados) and I just can´t find it again. I really liked it and want to see if it was continued. Help anybody?

#2 Reading Take a long Line a week ago (awesome Numb3r's crossover), I was thinking - are there more stories with the boys interacting with protagonists from TV Crime Shows - where said protagonist(s) is/are made out as a decent person and not solely as "out to get" the brothers? Could be NCIS, Criminal Minds, Law and Order, CSI, Due South, what have you...

Sam/Dean wincest or gen is fine for both searches, but I would prefer  if none of the boys got slashed with the TV show characters (barring Sam/Dean/Alec threesomes).

I'm really kinda new to the Supernatural fandom and this comm is being just brilliant in helping me find me feet. I'm visiting from LotR world and it's amazing how much fic there is out there for Supernatural - just dizzying! But! I was wondering if anyone knew of any Supernatural crossover fic with Lord of the Rings (RPS guys or FPS characters). Gen or slash welcome but I'm a bit squicky about het.

I found 'Worth Keeping' by Dhvana, which is Elizabethtown/Supernatural but that's about it at the moment. I went to sn_crossovers but LotR isn't in the tag list that I can see.

I recently read an amazing fic about Sam becoming ill after the realization that Dean was truly dying and going to Hell called "Running Up That Hill" by Stranded Chess Piece.

So, I was looking for as many fics as you guys have about Sam becoming sick or having symptoms (headaches, stomachaches. ulcers, etc.) due to stress. It can be post AHBL or in general.

*waves* Hi, everyone! I'm new to both SPN canon and fanon. I just purchased the first season DVDs and have been watching them obsessively. I'm looking for fics (preferably long, of course) in which Dean realizes he's warm for Sam's form, but Sam is utterly clueless. Thus, Dean begins to court Sam without Sam's knowledge; trying to get close to him, taking an interest in his hobbies, etc., but Sam just thinks Dean's being strange. Does this make sense? Basically, I'm looking for fics in which Dean actively pursues Sam.

My only request is that there's no woobie!Dean, who cries at the drop of a hat or whines about the unfairness of it all. I want Dean to be Dean wanting Sam.

Does anyone have any suggestions, or recommendations to stories which have similar components. Self-recs are love!

So I've come to call upon the amazing members of this community yet again! =D

Tonight I'm looking for fics with a general theme, not a specific story as I have yet to read one along these lines.

the theme is:

One of the boys is in love/lust with the other, but doesn't know if the feeling is mutual.
so the boy decides to "fake date" someone else to
A. find out what the other boy thinks of M/M relationships
and/or
B. make other boy jealous.

preferably "fake date" would be in on the fakeness and trying to help get the boys together and "fake date" would be a boy too...unless Jealously is the only angle he would have to be a he....getting confusing... =P

SO, I'll take Sam/Dean Wincest or Jensen/Jared RPS!

I am looking for a story-- but I am not sure if I actually read this story or imagined it; it's been that kind of week.  So any help would be appreciated.

It's outsider POV of the Winchester brothers; a hitchhiker they pick up in the Impala.  There is conversation... after a while we (and the hitchhiker) come to realize he is a ghost/ already dead, and he moves on.
