I've been lurking for a while and now I have a few requests of my own. I really hope you can help me, since I was unable (probably because of the sheer size of the comm) to find all I want here.

1. I was wondering if anyone could recommend me any fics where Sam is being a jerk? Not character bashing, not evil!sam or posessed!sam, but just in-character Sam being a brat/jerk to Dean for some (maybe even valid) reason. It would be extremely good if the reason was Dean's relationship with Castiel, but well, I'll take pretty much anything as long as Sam stays in character through this whole thing. Because yeah, character bashing is only fun when it's valid ^_^"

2. Fics exploring the destructiveness of Sam/Dean. Ideally I want a long fic with them being angsty, co-dependent and guilt-tripping all over the place. I don't want them to work it out and be a happy couple: in the end they either implode and leave in different directions or implode and remain together in strictly brotherly capacity.

3. Any friendship!fics featuring Dean and another character, either minor from the series (not Bobby though) or an OC/crossover character? Dean&Castiel friendship is good, but I'd really like to see a regular human as Dean's friend.

4. Pre-series Dean&John hunting fics with believable father-son dynamics? John is a controlling dick, but he's a controlling dick who cares?

5. Any fics showing John interacting with other hunters/people who got accidentally caught in the hunt?

I recently saw a post on here where someone was looking for a video and there's one I've been trying to track down but to no avail. It was on Youtube but I have no idea who the vidder was. I believe the vid was simply titled 'J2' and was set to Hoobastank's The Reason. Does anyone know who made it so that I might contact them to see if I could download it somewhere? It was the very first vid I watched and I'd love to be able to see it again now that I'm familiar with the show and its characters.

Hey all,

I was hoping some people could find any J2 fics where the boys have been dating for a while, but have reached a rough patch in their relationship? Ones where and ex could show up and the other gets unreasonably jelous, one accuses the other of cheating, the stress of their jobs, or they have just forgotten how to have a conversation and everything is tense and they are tip-toing around each other.
AU's or ones with Supernatural in it are good, and any length or rating.

So, we all know season four has been all rift-making with the brothers and we Wincesters are very sad about this. I am among these sad, sad people. So, here it is:

I want a fic where Dean saves Sam with his gay, gay love.

We already know gay love can pierce the veil of death in this fandom (in fact, I think I've seen that icon floating around). Now it must save Sammy from all the evils of... uh, evil. Sam can even go all the way evil first, if you want, as long as Dean's love brings him back. Bonus points if this is only a resolution to something that they've both wanted for a long time, and it's just now coming to a head (umm... so to speak).

P.S. Not just sex, guys. LOVE. They're brothers, too.

I've noticed that in a majority of fics Dean is the hesitant one to start a relationship with Sam. I'm after fics where Sam is hesitant to get into a relationship with Dean. This can be for any reason, he doesn't fancy Dean, doesn't want to ruin things, is scared of commitement, anything.
