I've been re-watching season 1 to show my girlfriend and I was struck by the fact that the boys' biggest problem is "find dad, kill the YED" and that just seems so small compared to everything else now!
Anyway, I am looking for a Faith fic where Dean actually does die, and Sam later finds his dad and they have to deal with it. John wishing he'd picked up the phone or maybe just a fic where he gets that message late. I'd like for the fic to have some Dean in it, maybe still defending his father right till the end.
I will even take a fic around the same time period, doesn't really have to be Faith, but I'd prefer it.
I'm not looking for something super super sad necessarily, I just want to revisit some of the old Winchester angst that the show began with. I know this is a hard request, so any help is appreciated a lot!

I've recently saved a J2 fic where Jensen was a "Doctor". Do any of you know of any other stories that have Jen as the Doctor and Jared as his companion?
Lot's of Angst! and hurt!Jensen all around. =D

I'm reeeeally craving some crazy!Dean/Jensen fics! So if anyone knows of any stories where Dean OR Jensen (doesn't matter if it's J2 or Wincest) is completely psychotic/obsessed/deranged, any of those, I would LOVE you forever! I ADORE hurt!Sam/Jared, and/or bottom!Sam/Jared, but I'll read anything if it's good. And if Dean/Jensen maybe has feelings for Sam/Jared, and still cares for him in his own crazy little way, EVEN BETTER! Thanks in advance! ;D

Hi! :) I've had so much luck finding things here before, so I figured I'd give it another go.
I'm looking for long fics (20k+ w.c.) where Sam and/or Dean or Jensen and/or Jared have kid(s). Pretty much ANYTHING goes for this search (domestic or not, still hunters or not, AU, future!fic, MPREG, etc., etc.). I would LOVE if the kid(s) had a pretty large speaking role, but that totally isn't necessary.
The other two things I'm looking for may be a little bit weird. I've searched the Gilmore Girls crossover tag, but I'm not having any luck with what I'm really looking for. Are there ANY Sam/Dean or Jared/Jensen fics where they live in or go to Dillon or Stars Hollow and the characters from FNL and GG are still present in the story, excluding Dean(Jared) in GG? Or are there any J2/Wincest versions of either of those shows?
The only specific thing for either of these requests are that the OVERALL pairings be Sam/Dean or Jared/Jensen. Thank you so much! <3

1. I'm looking for a rps J2 fic with all the usual suspects. I can't remember if it was AU and if the Js were already together in the beginning.
Jensen gets kidnapped and is held in an old warehouse/ industrial building. Chris, Jared and maybe Steve and Tom rescue him. One of them shoots (?) the kidnapper and at the end they form kind of a club.
I'm pretty sure someone asked for this fic some time ago but I can't find it under the kidnapping tags.
2. Are there any spn fics with elfs? Maybe even a LotR crossovers?

Are there any stories out there that focus on Castiel unexpectedly experiencing humanity (the good or the bad)? Not necessarily "The End" verse or fallen fic, but stories like The Envy of Angels or Rain Falling Down where Cas finds himself trapped and having to deal with the pitfalls.

I'm trying to find a long fic that was set after the show ended. It was J2 but they were not out and part of the conflict was if Jensen(?) was going to take the role of an aging gay hustler. I'm sure there were pieces of fake articles that helped tell the story. There was background Chad/Mike and I think Chad had become a writer. Jared maybe went and stayed with him at one point. I remember it having really beautiful header art.

I can't for the life of me find this fic and I've been searching for a long time so I hope someone can help me out with this. So I remember they were up for an award of some kind, Peoples Choice Award if I'm not mistaken, and they promised to kiss for a certain amount of time if they won and have it shown at the award or on the internet. Of course they win the award and they have to kiss a few times before they get it right and they get rather *ahem* hot and bothered while doing so. I really hope someone can help me with this I've given as much detail as I can. Thanks in advance.

I'm looking for a fic I read awhile ago. It was a J2 AU in which Jared goes over to Africa with a professor and stays at Jensen's family's farm/ranch to learn about that part of the world etc. At some point they visit Victoria Falls, and Jensen's family is in danger of losing their farm.
I thought I had saved it but apparently I hadn't. Any help please :)

Behind the cut below is a paragraph from a J2 fic. I found it saved to a text file on my desktop with no recollection how it'd gotten there or what it relates to. I've tried googling various bits of the text but without other information I'm not getting any meaningful results. From the context I think it's a (high?) school AU but other than that I have no idea.
Maybe somewhere here recognizes the quote? I'd love to find this fic and try to figure out how/why I've saved it.

I tried the suicide tag, but I couldn't find it. It isn't actually suicide anyway it was an attempt. I remember that Sam and Dean were at Bobby's place and Dean kept refusing to talk to Sam. Dean wakes up during the night and races out to find Sam about to jump off a cliff, I think he might have been planning to shoot himself too. Dean does stop him. Does this sound familiar?

I'm searching for a story I read a couple of years back - Sam and Dean both get tattoos that link them to one another. Then one of them goes missing in a house and is trapped there. Bobby (possibly John) comes along to help the other one out and goes nuts that they've permanently linked themselves together....

Are there any stories out there where Sam's spidey sense is just an accepted and useful asset in hunting? Not necessarily the big visions, just the ability to tell if someone is inside a house, for example, or if a demon is near? I'm open to pretty much anything.

Are there any fics where Sam basically takes Dean, not noticing that he's not in to it or not caring, and Dean going along with it because it's all he's got or doesn't want to say no out of some sense of duty/loyalty to his brother? Sam being callous towards Dean is not required, but will be accepted with open arms.
