I'm actually looking for two different stories

1.  Sam/Dean  I'm pretty sure its not Wincest.  Sam and Dean are arguing.  They stop at a convenience store and Sam goes in to get some provisions.  While in there, the store blows up and Dean believes that Sam was killed in the explosion.   Dean drinks heavily and is really depressed until a few days pass and Sam shows up at the door of the hotel.  He was actually outside in the back of the store when it blew and was thrown into or behind a dumpster and not discovered until after the fire was out.  He was taken to the hospital but was so out of it, he couldn't remember anything.  Dean takes care of him

2.  I THINK its a first time story.   All I really remember is that the two of them are trying to justify their feelings for each other and have an argument.  Jared is sent over to Jensen's apartment by Kripke so they can run through the final scene of the season ender.  Its very hush hush and they don't want word of it getting out.  The script is even copied on red paper so it can't be c oped.  The scene is going to be a big production deal and the guys rehearse it.  However, when it comes time to actually shoot it,  Jensen and Jared realize that the lines they have to say are more in line with their current relationship than what Sam and Dean are doing.  They both get so into the scene but only the two of them really know they are saying the words to each other and not as Sam and Dean.  The scene itself was Dean traps Sam in a different type of devil's trap.  One that will keep the demon from taking Sam away.  In the end, Sam can't find  the pull of the demon but rather than become its victim, Sam uses his powers to propel Dean out of the warehouse and dies when a fire consumes the warehouse.  In the scene however, Jensen finally kisses Jared in front of everyone.  I do remember one line is someone says to Kripke, "well, you wanted them to have chemistry"
