Hi!
This is my first time so please be gentle.
I'm really a newbie, and in the past three of four months I must have read a gazilion of J2  fics,  and now I would like to re read some more carefully, and save them on my computer, but  I can't really remember the names of the fics.
Help! Please.

1).So, there is this fic I've read a while ago  and some scenes really stuck in my mind (or maybe it's actually two different  fics, and they got jumbled in my head somehow...I don't know) anyway, one thing I know for sure, though is that it is a J2 non AU. Chris and Steve are in there too, and maybe Tom and Mike.
 

If  I remember correctly Jared is really afraid of Chris in this one, and I think a little bit jealous. Maybe? Jensen is in love with Jared, but Jared is oblivious.Or maybe not.  Something happens to Jensen, and Jared calls Chris( or Chris comes to Vancouver on his own accord?), and they take care of Jensen. Then Jensen gets better. ( spoilery bits )

Hey all you awesome people!

So, I've got a friend who isn't into SPN but it thinking about getting into it. She's... wary of fandom, as the ones we're both into is unfor. filled with lots of fail and crazy people, and so she wants to read the best of what SPN authors have to offer before coming in.

Could I get some recs of must read fics for a newcomer? I'd give her some of my faves, but they're mostly later season stuff and she doesn't have much knowledge of the show beyond "two brothers who go hunting ghosts or something, right?" XP. So, if at all possible, could I get fics (smut, epics, wincest, gen whatever she doesn't mind) that are season one-ish/pre-season? Or that you can follow without having to have much knowledge of the SPN world?
