I'm looking for a fic, where Sam doesn't eat. At all, and Dean basically eats for him.  I remember in the fic at one point Dean is in the hospital and is out for days and when he wakes up he demands a cheeseburger. Anyone know which fic this is?

I come with a request that is, probably, not that easy to help with. But since I trust you, I'll try anyway

So, I'd found that most stories where the Js meet each other for the first time, the focus is on at least one of them seeing the person in front as an attractive human. Even if they hate each other in the beginning,

And pretty soon, they get these "funny feelings" while dealing with him, even though of course they don't like him.

So, what I'm asking for is stories where there is no or very little focus on their bodies. Sure, it'd be hard to NOT realize the other one is good-looking if he ain't blind, BUT I'd like something where we don't get waxed poetics about the size of their muscle, the color of their eyes or the soft, silky hair. Because *I* know what they look like and I don't really need to be told.


And maybe - even harder to find - a story where they don't even realize they feel different for them then for any other person?

Like, they realize that they like each other maybe only after they kissed, or something like that, which would make it obvious enough for anyone.


Sorry if this request is weird and not easy to understand.

Uh, yeah. Not that many, actually.

Sam and  Dean save a an actual fairy princess from being raped when she visits Earth.  The fairy is grateful, and she gifts the boys with wings in thanks. This obviously causes them some problems.  The brothers spend the rest of the story trying to find the fairy, so she will remove her gift.  The story is super cute and not particularly long. 

Kind of an odd request, but I've recently had the urge to read stories about Sam (or Jared) not eating. Either by his own hand (depression, lack of money at Stanford etc.) or by someone else's (kidnapped, tortured, abuser etc.). I'd like to see the weakness, fainting, headaches, etc. that results from the lack of food. Bonus points for Dean (or Jensen) noticing how light or skinny he's become, lots of over protective big brotherness.

I'm virtually un-squickable, so no worries there. No death fic though please.
I'd prefer gen but will take wincest as well (bottom!Sam of course).

I've posted a few times before and you guys have always been super helpful, so I'm back. 

1) I'm basically just looking for your favourite J2 fics. I will literally read whatever you throw at me, though I love AU and I love angst. The only thing that bothers me is unhappy endings, because I'm lame and find them too upsetting. And just so you know, I'm a grammar freak, and I need stories with proper spelling, grammar and punctuation. 

2) I would also love to read your favourite Sam/Dean, I don't care if they're brothers or not, Wincest is fine by me. Same goes as with J2, unhappy stories are too distressing, and I love proper grammar!

Ring any bell?

I'm new to Sam/Dean, kind of stumbled on it and fell in love. I've read all of Candle_Beck's fics, as well as Killabeez and Sometimesophie's fics. Other than that, I've read nothing, and when it comes to livejournal fics/authors, I have no idea where to start!

If anyone would be willing to tell me some of their top 5 or 10 favourite stories featuring Sam/Dean, or some of their favourite authors of this pairing, or even websites (I located samdean.archive.nu but it isn't all that helpful since it doesn't have categories for Top 10's) I'd be very grateful! At the moment it's pretty overwhelming. I also love stories with a plot! And angst, with a happy ending if possible, the longer the better but I'll take any sized story if it's good, and the more believable the story the better; I've seen some Girl!Dean fics floating around and I have to admit I don't get it, so unless the fic is outstanding on merits other than that please don't rec any of those.

I'm going to the cabin tomorrow for two weeks so I want to look forward to some good reading!

Can someone help me please finding this fic?


It was mostly Gabriel/Sam but had Cas/Dean in it too. To avoid getting taken over by Michael and Lucifer, Sam and Dean bond with Gabriel and Castiel (with/by their Grace and sex?). Gabriel puts a collar on Sam as part of the whole thing and only later he confesses that it wasn't really necessary but he likes Sam wearing it. If I remember right, Sam decides to keep wearing it.
