I have been looking for this story for a awhile and can't find it.   I don't remember alot about it only that Dean and John are going on a hunt and John wants to leave Sam behind alone at the place they are staying.  Dean is against it as he does not feel it is safe.  John makes some remark about Sam being old enough as he is 15.   Sam speaks up and corrects them saying he is now 16.   John and Dean look at him in surprise and realize that they forgot his birthday.

I found two other fics where Dean and John forgot Sam's birthday, his 11th and 14th but can't find this one.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ok so Ive been looking through the internet for this type and havent been able to find any post-Sam-Wall-Breakage. In season 7, Sam realises that when he feels pain, he knows that hes home and not in hell. I was wondering if there were any fics were Sam turns to cutting? And when Dean and Bobby find out, maybe they could possibly have mixed feelings about it? Like its not good that hes hurting himself but at least he knows that hes home? ANYTHING!!! I love slash, but bro love is great to!
