hay so i recall reading this on story...it was preseries and john and the boys were researching in a library when he noticed dean acting funny. I believe its from johns perspective and he thinks deans doing drugs but it turns out its just caffeine pills. something like that. Anyway it just irks me that i cant find it so if yall lovely people would help me out it would be much appreciated. thanks!!

1. Fics where Sam goes to Stanford and ends up getting involved with another supernatural case while there. Slash or gen. 

2. Pre-series fics that revolve around Dean and/or Sam's training, either by John or someone else. Gen or Slash.

3. Fics where Sam and Dean have to work alongside other hunters and totally come across as superior & kick ass. Slash or gen. 

4. Pre-series fics that show just how smart Dean is. Either that, or feeling jealous about Sam's intelligence and suppressing his own desires to have a good education. Gen or slash.

5. OOC!Dean in that he's raised to be a stoic, selfless soldier (robot-like) and someone else has to teach him to be "human" again. Or just, y'know, normal. Slash or gen. 


Well-written fics only, please! And fics over 5k preferred, but I'll take fics of shorter lengths if it's OMG brilliant. Um, I also ask not to be rec'd any non-con between the main-pairing or D/s. When I say "slash", I'm pretty much open to anything, though I'm very partial to any variation of the following characters: Dean, Sam, Castiel, Gabriel, and Michael. Threesomes are more than welcome. [Um, I've tried to fix my tags several times but haven't been able to, so...?]

I recently read In the Flesh by bewaretheides15 and I really loved it. It's about a boy who befriends a wolf pup (who is Jensen, unbeknownst to Jared) and they grow up together. Jensen waits twelve years, when he becomes Alpha, to confront Jared in his human form. He tells him that Jared is his mate and has waited for Jared all this time. Then, Jared has to decide whether or not he wants to join him. Cue happily ever after. Jensen is bamf-y, but not with Jared. He's very caring and patient with him.

It's a very sweet story actually. This is what I'm looking for, but I'm having a hard time finding it. There was NO focus on knotting, heat or mpreg in the fic, and I'd like to keep it that way. I just don't care for it. (Which is why I don't typically read werewolf fics as it seems to be a common theme in them. This one just caught me by surprise and I'm trying to find more like it.) There can be tons of angst in the fic if that's a question, as long as it ends happily.

So, if there's anyone who can help me find some more stories like that, preferably RPS, I'd be a very happy reader! I prefer longer stories at the higher end of the rating spectrum, but I'll take whatever you have that might fit this request. I prefer Jensen as the Alpha, but I'm not against Jared, JDM, or hell even Misha, if it fits. As long as Jensen is in the pairing itself.

I'm hesitant to add SPN fics to this, because that's a whole different dynamic, but I'll give them a shot if the theme is similar I guess. Perhaps AU or something, idk. I'm trusting you guys to come up with something good.

I have no preferences towards length or content so long as it is well-written (decent grammar, spelling, characterization, etc., etc.).

It can be GEN but I would really love Dean/Castiel (like I would really love it). Either Girl!Dean/Girl!Castiel or Girl!Dean/Castiel would be fine because both would be entirely lovely.

PWP's are fine, however I would prefer an actual plot-line to porn but it isn't actually necessary, I'm just more into character-development than mindless sex. Like I said, though, if it can't be managed then that is fine.

I'd love regular Sam for these but he can be a girl too, that's cool.

I'd also prefer always-a-Girl!Dean to gender!swap...

All I can remember about this fic is:
Dean and Castiel are progressing to a relationship and for some reason connected to this, Dean starts ordering blueberry pie everywhere they go (I vaguely remember something about packets of honey sauce too). Sam decides this is strange behaviour and calls Bobby for advice and Bobby ends up suggesting that Dean is actually happy about something. Help?

I'm looking for two J2 specific fic's. I think that in both of them Jared was an actor but Jensen wasn't.

1. Jared is going to participate is some reality show about survival. He goes to Jensen who then teaches him how to survive in the wild. Jensen is, I don't know, biologist, survivalist? (kinda like man vs. wild sears thing).
They fall in love. Jared goes to do the show. The show producers make it look like he's fallen in love with - I think it was Sandy - someone else. Jensen get's angry and won't talk with him. Jensen is some time later filming some survival show/documentary and talking about ants(I think) when Jared comes to talk to him.

2. This was a pretty big 'verse, and was WIP last time I read it. Jensen was a scientist that works with ice(I'm sure there's a name for that - can't remember) and he works on some science station - I think it was Canada or Grenland. He's also quite the survivalist and has some big achievements - among others, raciing to the pole and back, or all over or something (don't remember) on a sleight. Jared comes to the science station to learn because he's supposed to make a film about Jensen. 
They fall in love.
Later Jensen comes back to US, and becomes a professor at university. He had two huskies while at the research station - Sam and Dean - he only brings Dean home with him.


For the general search I'm searching for any story, with any pairing, of any length, type or rating as long as it has a fireplace with a fire burning in it, snow falling outside and someone cuddly, sleeping or doing anything in front of the fire.

Okay, so recently I've really been craving a really good (and long) disabled Dean fic. Rather he's blind, mute... anything really. PTSD, metal disability. And I'm with RPS Jensen, also, as long as it's AU. I'm not a huge fan of Deaf!Dean, but I'm with those if that's what there is. Anything goes really... except Het. I don't like Het.

Oh, also, any stories where Sam realizes that Dean gave up a ton of his life for him... if that makes sense. Just, Sam having an epiphany about how amazing Dean is or any other "Dean Appreciation" story would be nice if you have them.

I read a fic (and I can't remember the author or title) where Cas was in hell being tortured by Lucifer and the floor was really hot and burnt his feet. I can't remember much but I'm pretty sure that eventually he got out and the boys looked after him. I have a feeling that it was Destiel.

I found the fic on here a while ago when i first found this community. I've looked through what i thought were the same tags i found it in but i haven't had any luck. It was a Destiel fic that started with Dean getting attacked in an ally and if i remember correctly, waking up in the body of his future self in a motel room with Cas, who he is apparently in a relationship with. Well, future Dean is in a relationship with anyway. In the time at the start of the story Dean and Cas aren't in a relationship. I remember that Sam was married to Sarah (I think) and had a kid, making Dean and Cas uncles. He also had a car that Dean hated and later found out that he was the one who helped Sam pick it out. 

I don't remember who or what it was that shipped Dean off to the future. I want to say it was Gabriel but that may be a different fic. I remember a lot of little details in the fic such as Cas wearing Dean's ring around his neck and Castiel talking to his nephew in Enochian. I also remember Cas having to go to the hospital and having Deans last name. 

I absolutely loved this fic and would love to read it again. Any help would be greatly appreciated and if you know of any fics that are similar, feel free to send them my way!
