I am looking for two specific stories, but can't for the life of me remember their titles.

1) After "It's the Great Pumpkin, Sam Winchester", Sam's headache gets worse and worse. Thinking it's because of the exorcism, he doesn't tell Dean how bad he's feeling until he collapses outside a motel. After waking up in the hospital, he finds out his headaches were because he had meningitis.

2) Pre-series. Sam is on a hunt with John and Dean on a cold night. I remember a specific issue about Sam not having gloves because he'd lost them during the last hunt, or something like that. While John and Dean are hunting, Sam ends up getting distracted by a will-o-the-wisp and lost in the forest. Dean eventually finds him by following another wisp (I think there was a blue one and a white one; one was getting people lost and the other was trying to help them? I think).

Hello, I am very lazy and I am not in the mood to look for the story I want. Okay. So it's set in Season 5 and Sam is like a shell of his former self and listens to whatever Dean says. The monsters they're hunting are like possessed forest animals that are saying "We are legion, we are one." Then Sam and Dean jump off a waterfall and Cas saves Dean. Then Sam gets stuck in a rock slide. Sam gets really hurt, so Cas heals him a little bit but not all the way. I remember all the details, but I can't find the fic. Yes I am very lazy.

I´m looking for some rec for slaves fics.
I have read "Prime" and "The unsuitable Slave" and I was hoping some one could rec other stories. I would prefer something where the slave keeps fighting for his freedom and maybe the other one frees him and they both become freedom fighters? Or maybe if the master learns having Slaves is wrong....

Where Dean is taking care of deaged(?) Sam, or so he thinks.  In reality, Dean is in a mental institution with Bobby and Ellen are watching him converse with imaginary Sam.  Bobby says that Sam gave Dean this altered reality in order to keep Dean out of his way.

Anyone know the name and author of this story?

Are there any stories where Dean or Sam are biologically female but have always lived as a boy? So much so that the other brother sometimes forgets he technically has a sister? Note: I don't mean genderbend fics - not actual transformations. I mean where Dean or Sam is a boy in a girl's body. I actually vaguely remember reading one like this with Dean as the transgender - I think he grew up as a boy because he didn't think John wanted a daughter? Will read Wincest, but no weecest or daddycest, please.

I will also accept fics with Jared or Jensen in the same situation.

I'm looking for specific Sam/Dean. I'm a little hazy on the specifics, but I do remember that Dean starts to lose his senses (sight, sounds, maybe even touch). I think he was cursed. There's also something to do with water I think. I remember it being very good and sad, any help would be amazing!!

I'm not looking for anything specific on this one: I want Dean/Castiel fic recs with long multichapter set in the canon Supernatural world. My preference is bottom Castiel if it's an NC-17 fic, but I don't mind Dean being bottom either if you got a good one.

And more specifically, I'd love to read fics where Jared or Jensen get stuck in the Supernatural world. Meeting Sam and Dean, it doesn't have to be relationship related or sex related. I'd just love to read a fic where the actors have to struggle in a world that's suddenly all too real with dangerous creepy things in it that could hurt them at any time and Sam and Dean being their anchors for the ride. Anyway, of course if it has relationship stuff in it I don't mind Sam/Dean and what not. Whatever floats the boat.
