I'm looking for a supernatural fic that sets place at the end of season 7. Sam is trying to get Dean out of purgatory with the help of the alpha vampire, and Dean is meeting with up with his father and the rest of the gang. In the the end Sam is able to pull Dean, his father and his mother out of purgatory.
So if anyone is able to help me out...

Jared is an Alpha. He works as a nurse in a hospital, and Jensen brings his friend (Misha), into the hospital because he's going into heat. Jensen is bothered by the fact that Jared is an alpha but let's it slide. After trying a bunch of different methods to help Misha get through his ordeal, Jared suggests using his scent to calm Misha down. It works.

Misha meets Jared in a coffee shop later and tells him that after he went home, Jensen went into heat for Jared, and Misha wants Jared to go be with Jensen. Jared tells him he would love to, but the relationship would have to include Misha.

It's very sweet and fluffy with lots of sexy-times.
