Hello all. I'm trying to track down a fic I read a while ago and I had such a lovely response with my last request, I thought I'd try asking here.
It was a Stanford era fic, where Dean turns up before the Pilot with his newborn baby girl, who's mother has just died. He'd met and married her in the time after Sam had left (I can't remember where John is during the fic, but I'm pretty sure he's not missing?). Dean turns up a Sam's because he needs somewhere safe and secure that he can crash with his daughter. Sam had recently broken up with Jess because he'd been having recurring dreams about her dying and they freaked him out.
I'm pretty sure it's a one shot, and am 90% sure I read it on live journal.

This is my first time posting, sorry for any mistakes. I'm looking for a fic I read a while back, I've tried looking for it everywhere but just can't find it. And of course I can't remember the name or author.

It featured unrelated Sam and Dean as kids, who were living on the streets together, and working as prostitutes. They are in a relationship together, though I think Sam was really young. A woman picks up Dean (not for sex - to try and help him), and ends up taking him and Sam back to her home to live with her and her family (her husband and I think a baby). Sam ends up being given back to the father (?) he ran away from, but Dean freaks out and is convinced that the guy is hurting Sam, which he is (the proof is recorded on an answering machine when Sam tries to call Dean). He tells a cop friend of the people that they're living with, and they go and rescue Sam. They're reunited in the end, it concludes with them hanging out under the bridge where they used to sleep as kids when they are much older.

Hi! I started thinking about this story where Jared and Jensen were reapers but I can't seem to find it. I don't remember too much, but I do remember this one scene where Jared has to reap this little girl but doesn't want to. Someone tells him he has to because if he doesn't, the soul will become this horrible thing. I can't remember if he ends up reaping her or not. Another scene I remember is where Jensen takes Jared to his parents' house and they are having a garage sale, I believe. I think they are selling Jensen's old stuff because they have finally moved on from his death. I think Jensen died from cancer or something. I believe there was also this part about none of the reapers looking the way they did when they were alive. This is so people from their old lives don't recognize them.

FOUND!: Dead Like You

I have a pretty simple request. I want to read some fics where Dean chooses Sam over Cas. I don't mean in a sexual or romantic way. I don't want any Wincest, but they should have a strong bond as brothers. Destiel is fine, but not necessary. Basically I'm looking for fics in which Dean has to choose between Sam's safety and well-being or Cas's, and he ends up choosing Sam. I would be very grateful if any of you wonderful people could recommend any such fics for me.

Hey guys,

I need your awesome help once again :-) I read this story a while ago; here is what I remember about it:

- Jensen is really rich and lives in a mansion with lots of servants (Misha and Gen if I remember correctly; I believe Gen is also pregnant)
- Jensen treats his servants really well
- Jared is a slave and gets sold??? to Jensen or maybe Jensen inherits him, I can't really remember
- Jared had some bad experiences in the past and is wary of Jensen
- at one point Jared gets really sick and Jensen takes care of him
- Jensen has a small theatre in his house and at one point they make a habit of watching movies there together

And I'm not sure if this is another story now, but I believe that Jensen sells everything (and ends up in jail maybe???) at one point to free Jared, because Jensen wants to know if their love is real and if Jared will stay with him as a free man.

Does that ring any bells?

This has been bugging me all day!

From what I remember, Jensen was a photographer and Jared was a teacher?  I'm pretty sure...

From what I remember, Jensen had a bad past relationship that he didn't tell Jared about and it caused Jared to loose his job?  Or almost loose his job?  I remember that Jared had to almost force details about Jensen's past out of him because Jensen didn't want to talk about it.

I know, super vague but hopefully someone knows the answer!

Also, does anyone have the link for the Days of our Lives (or Days in our Lives) verse?

I know such stories exist. I've saved at least 2 of them, but can't seem to locate them. I wanna read where Sam and/or Dean (in there 20s or 30s) somehow go back in time and meet up with themselves (with or without John) aged 10 and younger. Or maybe a very young Sam and Dean brought forward, showing up at the adult brothers' motel room. Or at Bobby's or Pastor Jim's doorstep. Or at the Roadhouse. I wonder how John would react to that?

I have read one that I think follows canon where 'Dean Van Halen' talks John into buying the Impala. Years later, John walks up behind Dean for a scheduled meet and recognizes him as the rather weird young man he'd met before Mary's death.

sometime ago I started reading a fic about a verry dark mean Jensen who rapes an inocend Jared. It although dealt with the aftermath, when Jensen rely realised what he had done to Jared. And how Jared lived with this experience like suicied thoughts and self harm.

Hello everyone I've been looking of this really great J2 au but have been unable to find it. Hopefully you can help me. From what I remember Jared and Jensen were married with two kids. Jensen was a doctor and Jared was the owner of a coffee shop(?). They lived in a small town and were going through a divorce because Jared had cheated on Jensen. The story started midway through the divorce and focused on why Jared cheated as well as how the divorce helped the two to better understand and eventually remarry. There was lot of super awesome and realistic buildup to the their second try at a relationship. Jared's dad was also a doctor as the same hospital as Jensen. I think when it discussed their past Jared got pregnant right out of high school and never had a chance to go to college so that was one thing he did after the divorce, I think he went to a school for chefs? This is all I can remember and I'm sorry I've written it in such a confusing manner hopefully you'll be able to help me out. Thanks in advance

Hello~ I'm hoping you guys can help me find a couple fics I seem to have lost. ^^;

1) In one of them, I just remember one scene. I believe it takes place at the Grand Canyon, and I think Sam surprises Dean by taking him there. Sam shouts out Dean's name and and it echoes around, then Dean shouts out "Sammy!" and hears it echo as well. I don't think they were together yet. I know it's not much, but hopefully some of you recognize it.

2) I'm pretty sure I read the other one at Sinful Desire. It's a time-travel fic, where Sam travels back in time to (I think) stop Dean's deal from coming true. I think Sam never ends up going to Standford the second time around and instead he and Dean hook up. But Dean ends up dumping Sam after a few years for a girl, Lisa I think, and quits the hunting life. Sam doesn't keep in touch with Dean, but goes to his house and leaves him letters over the years. Sam also partners up with Ash to hunt, and they are kind of in a relationship, more of friends-with-benefits sort of deal. By now, Dean has a son with Lisa, but she gets killed by a demon, so Dean ends up getting back into the hunting life and meets up with Sam and the rest of the gifted children that Sam has been gathering. They end up getting together again. I think it was a series with several stories.

Hope you guys can help me. (You usually do!) here's what I remember.
Jensens uncle dies and leaves him his slave jared in his will. I seem to remember there being slave quarters in the house that jared would shut himself in out of conditioning. Jensen didn't know anything about this.

does this found familiar? Or am I confusing two fics?
help me Obe Wan Kenobi, you know the drill....
