I read a fic a while ago where Dean and Sam become the gods of hunting and they meet some other gods as well (I remember the god of television speaking to them through a TV in a motel room). They only figure out that they are gods when they stop aging and the Impala never runs out of gas or something. I really enjoyed that fic and would love to read it again.

If anyone has any recs for similar fics or for fics where the boys have become legends I would love to hear them, but please gen only.

Okay this is kinda complicated to gonna try and be as specific as possible.

I'm looking for any fics that are about Sam saving Dean from his deal or rescuing him from hell. I'm sucker for schmoop so any where maybe they have a really close moment between them after it's done and also any where they stop hunting. But really any fics about Sam saving him are welcome. I am looking for a specific Destiel fanfic. The story is Sam, Dean, and Cas are in a town, but Castiel can't leave the town. When they try to use the impala, it stalls and Castiel can't fly out either. Over time the town falls in love with Castiel. Even Sam and Bobby fall in love with him while Dean thinks he is the only one unaffected. Sam and Bobby are either locked in a room or handcuffed to something (I can't remember) to keep them from Cas. Dean can feel himself falling for Castiel too. He and Castiel are stuck in a motel room with the windows and door boarded up so no one can get in because there is a huge crowd of people trying to get to Castiel. Castiel calls Sam to get to the impala and drive out of town since Sam is able to leave, Bobby is still knocked out, and Dean is stuck with Cas.

I've been trying to search for it for months on google, but it seems like nothing is coming up that is the exact fic; I think it might be a deleted one. I think it was 2012 when I read it, and I can't even remember the title. I don't remember the length of it or if it had chapters either.

I read this fic a little while ago and forgot to bookmark it, and then when I went to find it again, I couldn't find it.

I don't remember the title or author. The details I do remember were that Sam was at the edge of a cliff, planning to jump, I think, but (maybe) decides against it. But a random demon turns up, and, thinking he is helping Lucifer's plan, throws Sam over the edge of the cliff. Sam doesn't die, but is seriously hurt. Lucifer turns up in some form, (he might have appeared as Jess at some point?) and heals Sam a little but not entirely. I think Lucifer was not very happy with the demon who had thrown Sam. I can't remember how it ends, whether anyone finds Sam or not.

I'm looking for stories with a few key plot points. I'd like to read something where one of the characters is in a morally ambiguous, dangerous role and the other one is more introverted/shy/retiring, and I'd really love them to be a librarian or something like that (cliche, I know).

As for pairing, I'm really not picky, so I've only tagged characters/people. If the writing and characterization work, then I'm happy. I also read het, but I know that's not really on offer in this fandom all that often. I'd also read gen stories with similar ideas (friendship, protection roles rather than romantic).

I found a good J2 fic then my computer crashed and now I can't find it was hoping some one out there could help me. I don't remember much as I had just started it. It was a WIP and J2 that was an AU take on a Criminal Minds episode called bloodline. Jared and his family move around like gypsies. Jared is now of age to find a mate/partner. He sees Jensen and picks him, so Jared and his dad kidnap Jensen. They take him on the road and keep him in the closet of their RV. Jared will take care of Jensen and gain his trust so Jensen will stay with him. That is as far as I got. I remember Jensen seemed to be unafraid and Jared's parents were proud that Jared had picked well. I think it was a kink meme but am not sure, it was on livejournal.

If anyone knows this fic any help would be wonderful.
