I'm looking for a story in which alphas are either bought or rescued from animal shelter type places. Jensen is an omega and decides to rescue an alpha and finds Jared in a shelter, just before they were about to put Jared down because he was so aggressive. Jensen decides to rescue Jared after being advised not to by the person working at the shelter and takes him home -- he kept Jared in a cage or something for at least a while, but I don't remember much of it after that.
There's a WIP similar to this on spnkink-meme but that is not the one I am looking for. The fic I'm looking for was finished, and there might have been a timestamp/sequel as well?

1: Looking for a Specific I never got to read it and all I remember is part of the Summary and that it was on fanfiction dot net the part of the Summary that I remember is: "The car was a heap of twisted metal and his brother cwas saying he couldn't feel his legs." or something to that affect... That was the best I can remember of what I'm looking for and I'm almost certain it would have been a hurt/limp! Sam fic.. Please help!!

2: Any sort of car accident fic set any Season (but preferably as close to actual Supernatural Canon as possible) where Sam gets hurt and Dean feels guilty

3:I also like things set in Season 9 and would like to see a fic where Sam gets hurt in some kind of car accident and it was somehow Dean's fault and Dean feels really guilty for not only the accident and how Sam was hurt, but also how he's been acting towards Sam lately as he finally understands why Sam is mad at him for 'what happened' at the start of Season 9, so please if there's no stories like this, I'd be super appreciative if someone wrote it and then rec'd it in the comments...

4: Any fics where Sam ends up disabled or an amputee because of a car accident and if anyone can find this kind of fic that includes Dean feeling guilty and Angsty and protective.. I'd love you forever and ship you a virtual semi trailer full of virtual cookies...

Hello!

I was wondering if any of you could point me towards some good AU/AR fics about human!Dean (can be a hunter or non-hunter AU) and creature!Castiel (angel, skinwalker, were-, merman, etc.)? Slash or friendship/gen is alright.

One huge constraint, though: Absolutely NONE of the whole "I saw you and knew immediately you were my mate, so that's why I kidnapped/stalked/talked to you" thing. This is serious turn-off to me, which is a shame because I've started so many potentially interesting fics only to close them when it turned into a mate-at-first-sight thing. I just don't like when it starts out kind of creepy/non-con-sih like that.
