I'm still a bit shocked that magser deleted her/his journal, I was there only a month ago...

As it says on the tin, I'm looking for "Behind the mask" by magser (tall_tales was the name of the lj) - "Jensen Ackles is in the home stretch...he just has to get through four months at the worst Asylum he has ever seen and he is a fully qualified psychiatrist. What he finds there though is much worse than he ever imagined, and like an old movie playing out in front of his eyes, he finds neglected patients, lazy doctors and an injustice he is determined to put right..."

Since the journal has been purged, I cannot contact the author to ask whether it would be alright to share (maybe someone here knows something?), but I just optimistically assume it's fine and ask if someone saved the story and would be kind enough to send me a copy (and I'd totally bake you virtual christmas cookies!)! :D

I'm looking for a specific AU fic. Werewolves are things, and as children Dean and Cas are kidnapped, and they ended up bonding (the friendly kind) while locked in their cages, and one of them is taken away (I think it's Cas) and the other thinks he's dead. Then they get freed and never find out about each other. THEN as adults, kid werewolves are being taken again, and one of them finds the other and they have to work through their past while trying to find the missing kids.

I'm sick home from work today and have a sudden craving for human Sam/Gabriel AU stories ... High school, College, Coffee shop or whatever other scenarios you can think of. I have never read one before (always stuck closer to the SPN universe) so you can rec whatever you want .. I definitely won't know it yet. Destiel as a pairing on the side is totally fine. I would love lighthearted and longer stories with at least 20,000 words but will take and devour anything I'll get.

I'm having trouble accessing the fic To Stand Close by arabia764. I'm not sure what's happening, but the link just keeps redirecting me. I'm not sure if it's just the link I was using or if the author took the story down. I was wondering if someone could either provide me with a working link or let me know if the author doesn't want people reading the story anymore.
