I'm looking for a J2 fic where J2 are trying to get pregnant and it's not working, and so they quit worrying so much. They eventually find that Jared is pregnant (with twins).
Jensen is ecstatic but something is wrong with him - it's like sympathy symptoms. In the end, they find that Jensen is also pregnant (with multiples as well).

It was a really good fic, even if it does sound a bit crazy. Featuring Jensen who is trying to do too much for Jared when he is actually under more strain. I believe there is a
scene where their families are over for the holidays and both J's pass out snuggled up on the couch together. I may be mixing fics, but does this sound familiar?

1. I really want some fic where Dean is God or made into God. I've already read The Holy Dean series by bunnymaccool and The Named series by RC_McLachlan.

Can anyone help me find a fic I remember that had Dean getting hurt and put in an ambulance, where he meets Sam? They were raised apart, Sam became an EMT. I think Dean had been hunting vampires. He threatens the ambulance driver and forces Sam to drive to some house, where they heal and Sam slowly learns that vampires are real. I think they get together by the end.

Does anyone have any recs where Jared is a king or some other kind of ruler and has a favorite concubine or bedslave and his advisors or members of the court don't like the amount of power Jensen has over him? Maybe they try to keep them apart?

I've already read The Concubine and kinkymarionette's Prize 'Verse.

Any fics where Jared is given Jensen as a bedslave and they fall in love?

Non-con squicks me so please don't rec fics where it is featured in great detail and repeatedly. I realize a certain amount of non-con will be hard to avoid given the subject, but I'd rather it stay on the more dub-con side where the J's are concerned. Bottom!Jensen please and possessive Jared is always a plus.
