Okay, I read this fic within the last 12 months, probably. I believe I read it on archive of our own, but I can't be sure. The fic was about Dean and Cas bought an old house that needs repairs, the kitchen included. They slept on the floor in the living room for a while because Dean refused to go into the bedroom to fix it for whatever reason. At some point I'm pretty sure Dean offers to repair a woman's car in exchange for something, I think she did some work on the house, maybe? I believe Dean and Cas were in a relationship. Dean was quite distant, sad, I'm pretty sure it was because Sam was dead. I think Jody was briefly in the fic via phone call and mentioned that she missed hearing from them. They may have gone and visited her once during the fic. It was a fairly long story as well. At least 10,000 words, if not a lot more. I seem to remember 90 thousand... but I could be very wrong.

I'm looking for a specific fic where Sam is in a wheelchair. The main part I remember is that when Sam is on one of the beds in the motel, Dean pushes the wheelchair away from him across the room so that Sam has no way of reaching it to follow him.

I can not remember the name or author of this fic I read awhile back and I think it might be a podfic too.  In it Dean had a compulsion to hug Sam.  I don't remeber what caused the condition but Sam was enjoying the new affection and Dean was reluctant to tell him that he did not actually want to be huging Same all the time.  The condition worsened as the story went on.  I rember a specific exchange between the boys that went something like this:

Dean: "Sam I hope I am not going to break your heart but I don't actually want to be diung this."

Sam: "Then why are you?"

Dean: "I don't know!"

I am looking for any and all fics dealing with Jared and Jensen having sex on camera for an HBO like version of Supernatural where it is acceptable for Jared and Jensen to have sex on camera while playing Sam and Dean. The fics that I have read so far are "Premium Cable" by BewareTheIdes15, "Chemistry" by glovered, and "To Destroy Me and You" by sometimesophie. But sadly I can't seem to find anymore. I know I have come to the right place and you guys will help me in my search for more of these fics.
