I'm looking for a fic I read many months to a year ago, that I cannot seem to find. I know it was posted on AO3, but I must have read it while logged out.

I was a curtain-type fic, where Sam and Dean buy a house and settle down, taking Cas (who I believe was mostly not an angel at that point) with them. There's not an established relationship at the beginning of the fic. I think the whole buying a house thing was supposed to be temporary, but by the end they decide to stay.

It was Sam/Dean, possibly Wincestiel but I'm not sure about that. Probably rated mature or explicit, though there's a small chance it may not have been.

I remember Cas sleeping on the couch for part of the story, and spending lots of time eating popcorn and watching TV. If I remember right, Cas is very soft and innocent in this one.

They have a female neighbor who is very friendly and brings them casserole and baked chicken when they move in. She has a boyfriend who's a jerk, and I think at one point Dean chases the guy off. I think he also goes on a date with her, before realizing that she doesn't do anything for him.

I think I also remember either Sam or Dean working on the yard, doing some landscaping and such.

I know this is pretty vague, but I hope that somebody can recognize the fic. I've been really wanting to read it again, but can't find it. Thanks!
