Form when they first met on the show and got together? it can be auditions day to first day on the set to somewhere in season 1?

Only first time bottoming Jared fics with Top Jensen.

They could be "sweet" or "dark" but not too dark where they don't end up together. I don't care if its because of Stockholm syndrome Jared stays with Jensen or brainwashing.

Or angst they sleep together but for Jensen it was suppose to be one of his conquest,so Jared is hurt hoping for more, it builds up to happily ever after :)

Looking for a fic that I think I read on AO3, but it could have been LJ. Dean wakes up and realizes the Sam in his hotel is an AU Sam; he's not a hunter. He might be a college student. Every day Dean wakes up with a different AU version of Sam. Once he's a frat boy, once he's a girl whose boyfriend Jess was killed in a fire. None of them can help him figure out what's going on. Finally he gets one who is a very hardened hunter. He immediately believes Dean when he tells him what's going on, because his own version of Dean hasn't had his left arm for a long time. This Sam finally helps Dean fix the problem, and he gets his Sam back. Any help would be appreciated!
