I might have gotten some of the details wrong so if you know anything that sounds even remotely like this please let me know! Like swapping out Castiel for Misha and Dean for Jensen. Also it was not "Carry On", I have seen that fic and its not the same one. I am absolutely certain it was part of some sort of fic/art exchange (I want to say it was christmas or a holiday themed "gift exchange" scenario but not entirely sure) .I'm pretty certain it was on Ao3 but can't find it. Believe it might have also been on tumblr because of a link back to the artist.
