I’m looking for a specific Wincest fic. It had Sam getting hurt during a hunt and getting a brain injury. If I remember correctly, he fell off a balcony when Dean pushed him to “safety”. They quit hunting and Dean looked for a place for them to settle down. The story was mainly about the life after the injury, with Dean working and Sam slowly recovering and learning to live with the disability.

Both Google cache and the Wayback Machine have nothing. On the Deleted Authors page here, the author didn't prohibit sharing their works, so I'm hoping someone made a copy of it.
