I second After the Fade to Black (http://ficwriter1966.livejournal.com/205919.html) by [livejournal.com profile] ficwriter1966. One of the best fanfics out there, in my opinion.

Also, thanks for this search. There are far to few Dean/Jamie fics out there so it's nice to have a rec post of sorts :P
