I read it a long time ago. It's was about Sam and Dean. Dean was the son of John and Mary and John left Dean Mom for Helene. I think that Dean cut all his link with his father. Few years after, Sam who is Dean half brother come gets him to see their dad saying that he is dying.

For the other it's was a J2 story, where Jensen come up and start living the gay life while secretly pinning for Jared. He dated some douche at some point and Jared got so jealous that he realise that he was in love with Jensen.
