This one is from John's POV. It focuses on how Sam always differs to Dean rather than John, and how their relationship makes John feel.

Summery; John figures Dean got the idea from that Dr. Seuss book about eggs and ham. When they tell Dean he’ll be getting a little brother or sister, Dean immediately says, “Oh, let’s call him Sam.”
