The first time Jared and Jensen meet, it isn't under the best of circumstances. Jared is pinned against the brick wall of an alleyway behind Cameron County Junior High, valiantly blinking back tears as Jensen and his gang rifle through the contents of his backpack. Three against one is hardly fair however you stack the odds, but when it's three of the biggest bullies in the eighth grade against the shy, quiet class geek, it's barely a struggle at all.
