If I remember correctly, Bearing Witness (http://community.livejournal.com/spn_summergen/12946.html) was especially well-done in the working-together-department.

Both are gen

And apart from that, most of my gen case-fics (http://delicious.com/marlowe97/gen+case-fic?&page=1&sort=alpha) are pretty good as well, but sadly I don't have a tag for working-well-together, so there are some in there where the chemistry is not perfect (which is not due to writing but due to the season it's set in)
