This one is really good, but it's Top!Dean. Although I guess you could take it either way?

Take You As You Are by Dire Banshee. Summary: Most werewolves look mostly human, with animal minds... After Dean is infected, Dean turns into an anatomically correct, massive wolf, but he's mentally still Dean, and he hate's the "monster" he turns into, and spends the night of the full moon sulking every month. Castiel is in love with Dean, no matter what form he takes, and he's desperate to make Dean understand.
