There's a story somewhere where Sam and Dean have been caught as criminals and are being questioned by Hendrickson or some other law enforcement officer, and Sam gets upset, and Dean's later brought into the room, that Dean killed Jess, or Jo. It might be wincest. It's NOT Interrogation by ciya if that one comes to anyone's mind.
