The one you read sounds like one of [livejournal.com profile] cloudyjenn's: A Fine Line (http://cloudy-fic.livejournal.com/49909.html). Where Jared is Castiel's brother and Jensen and Dean are twins. (Dean/Castiel and Jared/Jensen)
