I can’t recall much of the story. Cas' wings manifested themselves. Cas is pretty irritable and he and Dean are having issues. The story was part angst, part humor, part trying to forgive Cas' mistakes, part realization of romantic feelings.

So, Castiel's wings manifest and I don’t recall if his wings were able to be seen by all or if they were simply visible to Dean and Cas. But Cas' wings were giving him trouble and he couldn't fit into the impala comfortably without wiggling around.

There was this terribly funny scene in the story; It took place in the parking lot of a restaurant, and Castiel is trying to fit into the backseat of the Impala. He was wiggling around and the car was thumping and moving with him as he was trying to get his wings to fit and be comfortable, and Dean tells him "to settle down before people think they're having some form of public sex."

Any assistance in locating this fic would be lovely.
