Pretty much as the subject line says, I'm looking for anything where Pastor Jim is still alive or gets resurrected during the time of the Apocalypse, preferably the latter.

What wuld reaaaaaaaaallly make my day is if it were dean/castiel as well, but even if not I'd love to know how Jim reacts to cas and what dean has gotten himself into.
