I don't think it's quite the one you're looking for, but Crown and Anchor Me by sneaky_sena sounds pretty damn similar to your summary, so even if it isn't right you'd probably still enjoy it!

Sam is hopelessly in love with Dean and when they move to a new town he gets with a much older guy (PE teacher) because he's kinda attention-starved. Cue Dean catching them at it, getting ridiculously big-brotherly and protective. (Eventual wincest of course).
