Hey again guys, its been a while! Hope you guys are doing well! Anywhoo...

I read this particular fic a few years ago so I hope its still out there because Ive searched everywhere.

Sam and Dean are brothers in this one but I think they got separated at birth or something so they didn't know they were brothers at the beginning. Sam was a paramedic (I think) and Dean was still a hunter and the cops were looking for him because they thought he was killing people. He got injured and knocked out on a hunt (again...I think) and Sam was one of the responding paramedics on the scene. He already doesn't like Dean because he's aware that the cops are looking for him. Since Dean is a fugitive, heis put on the ambulance, handcuffed to a gurney, and a cop rides in the back of the ambulance with him on the way to the hospital.

Basically, Dean woke up en route to the hospital, kicked everybody's ass in the ambulance and kidnapped Sam (I can't remember why he took Sam). During this whole time Sam is being his normal sassy self and judging Dean for being evil and for kidnapping him. He took Sam to (one of Bobby's squat houses??) and they hide out there. Of course during this time Sam realizes that Dean may not be as bad as everyone thinks and of course they end up having sex.

At some point they find out they're related and all hell breaks loose.
