Looking for a fic. I remember the story opens up with a massive battle and God shows up. Dean thinks he kinda looks like Santa, this was written before Chucks big return. God purges all of the big baddies and force the boys to go civilian. He gets random postcards in the mail from God that I thought was hilarious but Dean just thinks he's a dick. At one point God brings back Cas after Dean asked him to, only he brought him back as a baby. The story was basically Dean and Sam raising baby!Cas while dealing with the acclimation to being civilians. I can't remember if Same and Dean became Sam/Dean for sure, but think it is probable.
