So I found a Teenchester one where John didn't leave enough money and Dean prostituted himself so they wouldn't starve. While his away, Sam runs away and when dean returns he finds him missing. (Tbh I Don't remember if it was Dean calling John back home, or if John came back and found out then). When John gets back he blames Dean for leaving Sam alone, and tells him to look for him and don't come back without him. It was some time ago so I don't remember it perfectly but I'm sure it's like this.
