I recently read a fic that had Sam dealing with trauma from the cage. I think it might have been curtain!fic but I'm not sure. In it Sam spoke Enochian and he was talking to Cas.  There was mention about how it was easier to talk about things in Enochian because they're talking about Lucifer and the different words for love. One of the ways they said it was translated by the author as possession, obsession.
