Hm, I haven't seen any such fics but now you've got me thinking of writing one. I have a minor characters fetish that drives me into incredible frustration.

When I think of Matt I think of that part where Dean says "We had a plan Matt, what happened to the plan?" and how Sam and him had the connection over disappointed fathers. Then when I think of the future, I think how they were going to move somewhere else. How Matt's father would have to be a little more accepting of Matt, and maybe him thinking back on the Winchesters and being like "I wish I could call them ask what's up?" or something like that...

Did you have any bunnys in mind? Maybe you could set me a challenge!

How about Matt, fifteen years on? Maybe he bumps into one of the other people they helped, or he's become a hunter, or just a normal, everyday guy.
