I'm looking for a Sam/Dean story that was about 7 chapters longand involved Dean being brought back from Hell by Bela, they end up staying in a church, where people are wary of Dean, because Sam is this big bad demon, in charge of an army. I think they're somewhere like Boston. Dean teaches them how to survive and they make food runs and attack demons and eventually Bobby comes for Dean and takes him to Sam.

Ruby is with Sam and seems to be his second in command and is jealous of Dean and how Sam feels about him. Sam has saved the impala and Dean restores it.
