I am looking for a story where Sam shoots Dean to kill the demon.  Dean has brain damage and Sam takes care of him.  They live in a small home on a farm in exchange for work Sam does on the farm.  Dean gets frustrated over what he is unable to do.  The lady whose farm it is has a wild daugher who comes to visit and corners Dean, hitting on him.  Sam and Dean are together as a couple.  If this rings a bell for anyone, please comment!  I've been driving myself nuts trying to find it!  Thank you!
