Nutso dean  
I love whump and i am in serious withdrawls so i would love to read some fics where
dean is

1) Concussed and confused (and needs someone to take care of him)
2) something happens that results in him going feral
3) something so bad happens that dean quits talking just like when he was a kid
4) where dean goes insane in someway

no crack fic please :)
