I'm looking for a specific series that features Sam and Dean as parents.  
I'm looking for a specific series where Dean and Sam are raising a little boy whose name I think is DJ. It starts out with the boy as an infant and continues on as he grows up. I'm fairly sure the series is slash, but it could be gen.

Looking for Story
That sounds like the DJ Verse. Can't for the life of me remember who wrote it but many people have given a link for it. Just have a look around the "boys as parents" tag and I'm pretty sure you'll find it.
