I am looking for a fic were Jensen and Jared were in the show Supernatural but I think it was canceled? Jared runs into who he thinks was Jensen on the street after filming has ended but it ends up being Dean and Dean think Jared is Sam. But he knows it can't be because in his version of Supernatural it ended with Sam and John dying at what would have been the end of Season 1. Jared and him then becaome friends and I think try to start a reationship.  Does that make sense? It's hard to explain!!

It was a Outsiders POV

Dean was sick and in the hospital (Texas maybe) it may have had something to do with heart problems or some other serious sickness but the OC was a nurse or someone from the re-hab department. She saw how much Sam cared about Dean and tried to help Sam help Dean. The lady was older and Sam got along with her well.

I think there was a sequel.

I know that isn't very much to go on but that's all I got

I've read a lot of great fics where Dean is in mental institution unfairly when he is not crazy, with ideas like him being arrested and the sent there, or there being a shift in reality etc...But I was wondering if there are any good fics out there sent in a mental hospital where Dean really is mentally ill. It can be an AU fic where he just imagined the whole hunting thing, or he could have been driven crazy by something else, I don't mind.

It can be either Wincest or not, I don't mind. Anything goes, but I'd like it if they were quite angsty if possible.
