Hi,

I'm looking for a story I read a while ago. The details are vague so I hope someone out there can help me.

It was a Outsiders POV

Dean was sick and in the hospital (Texas maybe) it may have had something to do with heart problems or some other serious sickness but the OC was a nurse or someone from the re-hab department. She saw how much Sam cared about Dean and tried to help Sam help Dean. The lady was older and Sam got along with her well.

I think there was a sequel.

I know that isn't very much to go on but that's all I got
