Recently I've gotten into a weird kick of story types that I just can't get enough of.

Any stories out there about real-world reactions (actors, fans, whoever) to Dean/Castiel becoming canon?

Hi everyone!  I have two requests if possible.

1.  I am looking for a J2 fic, but I can only recall some of the details.  Mainly Jensen is an orphan that goes to sea but Jared is a pirate and somehow captures his ship.  They end up at Jared's island but then Jared goes back to where Jensen is from and gets captured.  Jensen comes after him and frees him but is then captured.  I am pretty sure Jeff is the Orphanage Director/Pastor in this fic.  I think an orange tree by a window is involved as well.  I hope someone remembers from my sketchy details.

2.  Any other pirate recommendations?

I just went to check on one of my absolute favorite fics, and found that the account had been deleted! Has anyone happened to save what was written of not_refined's Quiet 'Verse?? It was one of the most amazingly written stories I have ever come across, and I would hate to never be able to read it again. Thanks!

Now I hate to be just jumping in here and instantly begging for help, but I'm trying to get a friend into the fandom and I really want to rec this story. Unfortunately I've lost it, I went through a lot of rec lists at the beginning of my foray into the fandom and I really can't remember where it went.

I do remember a fair bit about the story though, so fingers crossed:

1. It was set in a sort of limbo, Dean and Castiel were sent there and it was supposed to be a sort of survivor's colony where you worked for your place and it was a one in, one out system.
2. There was a woman in a balloon who had to leave when they arrived.
3. It ended with Dean being left on his own in the world and going a little stir crazy, before being rescued.

Any help guys?

So, after writing a Sam/Dean story last night, I looked for places to crosspost it to and stumbled upon the realization that I had NO communities on my list other than spn_30snapshots that accepted Sam/Dean stories! I've corrected this error now, and have added several, but I need help from you guys!

What's your favorite LONG(20k+)Wincest stories? I don't really have any specific wants for this, other than that it doesn't take 19k of a 20k word story for the boys to finally hold hands or kiss or insult eachother because they're so in love or WHATEVER it is they do.

So, again, pretty much anything goes! AU, boys-aren't-related, boys-aren't-hunters, domestic boys, future!fic, badassery, WHATEVER. As long as the pairing is Sam/Dean, the word count is 20k and up(unless you have an absolute favorite that's less than that!), and I get some Winchester lovin' going on before the last sentence in the story.

Ok...so I'm looking for a specific pair of fics.

They were wincest, and involved Sam lusting after Dean, but too afraid to do anything about it, so he had sex with girls after Dean was finished with them. There were two fics to the story line.

There wasn't a real premise to the fics, they were basically just really kinky porn.

This is first time when I search fics here, but I think you guys are fantastic. ;D  Btw sorry for my bad english, I usually speak finnish. ;)
So where to I start....well I'm looking for 3 general fics:

1. I really want to read some girl!sam fics. Like Sam born as girl, no genderswap. No fics were dean and sam are both girls. Wincest, please, if it's possible. :D

2. I just whachted movie called Rainman and I'm wondering if there's fics where Sam is autistic.. I think it would be really great to read fics where Sam is autistic and Dean is really protective. Gen is great, but wincest are awesome. ;)

3. I have read couple fics where is abused!dean, but I can't find fics where is abused!sam and Dean is the abuser. I know I'm weirdo but I would love to read fics where Dean will rape Sam or something like that. (I feel so ashamed now..)

The other fic I'm on a hunt for is the 'Devil Wears Prada' SPN style. Sam doesn't go to Stanford and takes off and becomes Miranda's assistant. He's loud and camp. Dean turns up and fic ensues.

Sadly, I forgot to save the links for this but I remember it started out with Jared, who trains guide dogs, presenting his latest "project" to a blind Jensen who is a bit hesitant because his last dog just recently passed. Eventually it became J2 of course. :)

I just read the Disclaimer verse by: raeschae and it was really awesome. It's not the only verse I've read (I've read a lot!) but I'm looking for longgg verses that'll keep me busy reading for a while.

The only thing I don't love is mpreg.

I prefer it to be centered around around Jensen. and I love angsty hurt!Jensen stuff. I also love love love au fics.

Hi, I hope this is allowed, but I really don't know anything about CSS and I have no idea how to put a banner up on my page without it being preset to a layout.

Are there any communities that have SPN layouts that are available to use? I want to change my layout, but I don't have anything to change it to.

Or, if there aren't any communities for SPN layouts, can anyone point me in the direction of SPN headers and tell me how to put it up?

I know I'm asking a lot, but hopefully somone can help me out.

So, I'm looking for fics where Dean is helping Sam go through detox. Whether it's from demon blood or drugs, it doesn't matter.

I'm sorry, I thought I posted this LF request but I can't find it, and I'm desperate so I'm posting again. A while ago I read a fic where both boys were teenagers and Sam really wanted them to have a "romantic" relationship. Dean did too but he was feeling guilty because Sam was only 15 so he said they had to wait until Sam was 16. Sam thought Dean was only saying that to not hurt his feelings and that Dean really didn't feel the same as Sam. SO Sam told Dean they could go back to being just brothers because he wanted Dean to be happy more than he wanted to be happy, but Dean said no way, because he loved Sam in every way and he wanted them to be together. Does anyone recognize this fic? I had it bookmarked but now I can't find it. Its long, if I remember right.
UMMM and while I'm posting, does anyone know the short porny fic where Sam is in Dean's lap and Sam is pretending to be jealous of some girl to make Dean more aggressive with him in a naughty way?

Hey everyone,

I told my sister about this awesome fic, and now I don't remember where I found/read it or have a link! Please Help. I'm looking for a fic where they are both in college, and Jared holds up a sign during lunch/during the day on campus saying: Free Hugs. Jensen was having a bad day so he gets a hug. Then he goes back everyday trying to find Jared so he can get another hug, and I think it is  the next time or the time after that there is a long line, and Jared doesn't get the chance to hug everyone because he has class, so Jensen walks away depressed, but Jared glomps him when he is leaving.

Any ideas?
