Ok so I dont remember the names of two fics i can't find:
First fic, Jared and his wife are having trouble in bed so they go to couple's therapy? Jensen helps them figure out whats wrong. Turns out Jensen and Jared having sex?

Second, A/B/O fic with Jensen as an omega? And he has a partner whom i think was a beta? Either way they want kids so they find a donor who turns out to be Alpha Jared.

Guys, I've a hankering to read stories where Dean is neglected/abandoned/unappreciated by John and/or Sam, however, an outsider/OMC recognizes how amazing/self sacrificing/talented Dean really is.

Dean can have low self esteem, or just be depressed/disappointed that his family seem to find him disposable, or can't be bothered to return his calls/help him when he is injured or in trouble.

I want the outsider/OMC to make him see what a wonderful person he is and to make him feel valued and loved.

I'll take any genre, Gen, slash, anything, I don't mind.

I know it's pretty vague, but I'm hoping you guys can help me out, I just want Dean to be recognized for the treasure that he really is.

As the header says I'm looking for a specific fic that I read years ago but I have now lost.

I remember that it was a Mpreg fic. I think it was Dean, but I'm not 100% certain, who was cursed by a fertility goddess (as a thank you I think?) and then he became pregnant. The brothers ended up in a town where the doctor from Croatoan had moved to and she becomes their doctor. I think they settled down in that town and got new identities so that they weren't legally brothers anymore (there was a spell involved?). I'm pretty sure that Sam started work doing something with the local sheriff.

Major plot points that I remember:

Later in that fic or possibly in a sequel Sam and their kid got into a car crash but were virtually unharmed because the Impala is made of strong steel and didn't crumble like a new car would have. Also later in that fic or maybe in the sequel Sam is worried about their kid not walking yet and he is concerned because they are after all brothers and maybe that has genetically affected their kid. But at the doctors office the kid starts walking just before their appointment. 

I read a really great fic written from Jensen's POV, which is basically listening to Jensen's internal voice say all the reasons why Jared is his everything. That story is "This Cage I Build With Good Intentions" by scriggly: http://archiveofourown.org/works/6301153?view_adult=true

What I'm looking for is the same sort of fic but from Jared's POV, where he tells himself how awesome Jensen is and all the reasons that he's "the one". I will even take fic where Jared tells Jensen/someone else why he (Jensen) hung the moon.
