Wee!Sam  
I'm looking for a fic I had saved a while ago on fanfiction.net, in it Sam saved Dean from his deal by turning into a little kid again. I remember when Sam made the deal, he believed that Dean would leave him and had prepared adoption papers. It was a long fic, but I can't remember if it was ever finished.

Yep that's the one unfortunately it is uncomplete and hasn't been updated in a while but im sure the writer has their reasons. Its definitely worth the read to anyone who hasn't read it since it doesn't end with a cliffy
