I highly recommend Skin Deep (http://dodger-winslow.livejournal.com/tag/fic:+skin+deep). It might not be exactly what you're expecting, but it fits your parameters. I warn that it is a work in progress, but the author is a decent length into the story and, I suspect, nearing the conclusion.
