I'm looking for three (well I think three, might be only two) SPN/RPS crossover stories that I read a while back and haven't been able to find since. I've scoured the "crossover: Real Person" tag but as my memory of the stories is hazy at best I've not been able to spot them in the swathe of recs.

1. Jared and Dean (possibly Jensen and Sam) meet each other Jared (possibly Jensen etc) doesn't really believe it's Dean until they're back in a motel and Dean takes off his shirt, at which point Jared notices all his scars and realises it's not Jensen. Probably a one-shot. That's pretty much all I recall but it was really well written in this sort of bleak, stark way.

2. This is a real shot in the dark, I just remember a really good fic which had Jensen (I think, or maybe Jared) seeing a picture of Jess and recognising her as Jess but she has short, dark hair. It's like Jensen is in the Supernatural world but it's a little bit skewed from how it is in the show.

3. Not really a SPN/RPS crossover, Jared and Jensen are in a car crash and wake up believing they're Sam and Dean. They crash because they're kissing while driving, something like "They kiss. They kiss for a second too long" (sorry, probably just butchered a really beautiful line, but I think it went something like that).
