Oh I just read one that was so awesome- it takes place right after Heaven and Hell. It covers a lot of the emotional issues that the brother's are facing with their confessions to each other.

Um, if you don't mind self-recs, I wrote a first-time Wincest coda to 'Heaven and Hell' - it starts right after, then has a bit of case!fic and brother-angst, etc: Fall Into Me (http://arlad.livejournal.com/59681.html), Sam and Dean take on an ‘easy’ job, hoping for a respite after all that’s happened, but easy ends up being anything but as Sam starts thinking of what Dean told him, of all they’ve gone through since he came back from Hell, and about feelings he thought he’d left behind a long time ago.
