Hmm, I remember in the Phthonus verses (http://community.livejournal.com/leonidasden/11118.html), Sam calls Dean "Baby" a few times, both in seduction and during sex. At first Dean protests, but then I think it turns him on. One of the hottest series of stories I've ever read.
