Intro to J2 stories  
So,

I told my friend about j2 and she's interested in reading some slash fic for them.

So, I need some some intro to J2 stories. Some that are not completely overwhelming, and can be understood. I know there are some inside jokes and info in the J2 fandom, so I need a fic that might not be so heavy laden with those.

Also, some of the fic rec'd to her should be J2 that is normal universe (like they're filming Supernatural). I can take AU rec's, but I really need at least a couple just normal universe ones.

Another thing: right now she's into fandoms that have a good hurt/comfort fics, so it might be great to give her some of those (whether they are AU or not). I think (but am not quite sure) that she would be a Jared!hurt while Jensen takes care of him or is there to protect him.

So, any help would be really appreciated. I don't want to scare her away :)

They are filming for SN but something happens on the way to a shoot. It's a slow discovery of love and it has the hurt/comfort factor you requested. I've been told it's a good intro into J2 as it doesn't start with the sex.

Also the first couple of chapters or short but gets progressively longer as they go. There's a link at the bottom for the following chapter.

It's during S1 filming time frame, I believe. It was one of the first fics I read that weren't "AU".

I don't know if this is a good first J2 story to read but I want to rec the first J2 I ever read, it got me stuck on Jared/Jensen instead of just Sam/Dean so I hope she will like it too.

Jensen gets turned into a dog, Jared finds him and takes him home, as a dog Jensen gets to see things about Jared he never knew about and also learns a lot about himself (and of being a dog). Oh! they are filming Supernatural, just so you know :)

I hope she will like it.
